Casual Cowboy CuisineCasual Cowboy Cuisine is a great solution when preparing dinner is out of the question. Planning dinner has never been easier! These complete meals are made fresh and ready to take and bake in the comforts of home. 


Casual Cowboy Cuisine is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week of every month. Orders must be submitted by 5:00 pm the preceding day, or if preferred, meals can also be ordered by the week and/or month.


Casual Cowboy Cuisine is available in two sizes:

Single Meal – feeds 2-3 people $18.00

Family Meal – feeds 4-6 people $36.00


Every dinner comes complete with entrée and sides and includes preparation instructions and bakeware! 


Will now deliver to local businesses or can be made available for pick-up at local businesses in Wheatland!

Libbey Elementary @4:10

Wheatland Country Store @4:20

Platte County Courthouse (east parking lot behind building) @4:30




Casual Cowboy Cuisine will be ready for pick-up and/or delivery between 4:00 and 5:00 pm. 

Special arrangements must be made if these times are inconvenient and deliveries to individual residences are not available at this time.

Cancellation/Credit Policy

Casual Cowboy Cuisine meals can be cancelled up to one day before deliver date.  A credit will be applied for one month following cancellation date.  If, cancelled the day of delivery, a credit will not be issued. 

Changes to existing orders, can be made up to one day before delivery.  Changes made that day, cannot be guaranteed.

Sept. 6th

       Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta

             -Tender chicken, crispy bacon and ham are combined with penne pasta, Swiss cheese and a creamy sauce and topped with seasoned breadcrumbs.

          Beef Enchiladas

             -Flour tortillas stuffed with creamy ground beef and green chilies, and then topped with green chili sauce and cheddar cheese.

          Meatball Sub Casserole

              -All the flavor of meatball subs with the mess!!  Layers of French bread, topped with delicious meatballs, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, cream cheese and mozzarella cheese.

          Kraut Burgers (Cabbage Burgers)

              -A combination of ground beef, cabbage and cheese stuffed in tender bread dough and baked until golden.

          Creamy Spinach Sausage Pasta

               -Rigatoni pasta combined with sausage, creamed spinach, cream cheese, and stewed tomatoes, then topped with mozzarella cheese and baked until golden.

          Oven Fried Chicken

               -A healthier and easier way to fried chicken!!!  Tender chicken pieces breaded in a potato chip and panko breadcrumb combination and oven fried until golden and juicy.

          Sausage Pepperoni Lasagna

               -A traditional favorite with a twist.  Lasagna noodles layered with Italian sausage and pepperoni.

                -Thick slices of slow smoked ham simmered with a sweet and tangy homemade balsamic Dijon onion mustard sauce.

          “Everything” Bagel Dogs

                -This is a true favorite for any family!!!!  Beef sausage and American cheese wrapped in homemade dough and topped with “everything” bagel seasoning!  A true taste of childhood!!

          Smoked Beef Brisket

               -Tender beef brisket smoked and sliced to perfection.  Served with a slightly thickened sauce.

                -Tender pork slow-smoked with herbs and spices, then sliced and smothered with sautéed onions.
