Casual Cowboy CuisineCasual Cowboy Cuisine is a great solution when preparing dinner is out of the question. Planning dinner has never been easier! These complete meals are made fresh and ready to take and bake in the comforts of home. 

 

Casual Cowboy Cuisine is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week of every month. Orders must be submitted by 5:00 pm the preceding day, or if preferred, meals can also be ordered by the week and/or month.

 

Casual Cowboy Cuisine is available in two sizes:

Single Meal – feeds 2-3 people $18.00

Family Meal – feeds 4-6 people $36.00

 

Every dinner comes complete with entrée and sides and includes preparation instructions and bakeware! 

 

Will now deliver to local businesses or can be made available for pick-up at local businesses in Wheatland!

 

 

Scheduled delivery times:

West Elementary @4pm

Libbey Elementary @4:10

Wheatland Country Store @4:20

Platte County Courthouse (east parking lot behind building) @4:30

 

 

 

Casual Cowboy Cuisine will be ready for pick-up and/or delivery between 4:00 and 5:00 pm. 

Special arrangements must be made if these times are inconvenient and deliveries to individual residences are not available at this time.

Cancellation/Credit Policy

Casual Cowboy Cuisine meals can be cancelled up to one day before deliver date.  A credit will be applied for one month following cancellation date.  If, cancelled the day of delivery, a credit will not be issued. 

Changes to existing orders, can be made up to one day before delivery.  Changes made that day, cannot be guaranteed.

                -This is a creamy beef dish that combines potatoes and ground beef, and then topped with cheddar cheese and baked until golden.

              Creamy Onion Pork Chops

                      -Tender pork chops simmered with a creamy onion sauce consisting of sliced onions, mushrooms, and seasonings.

          Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups

               -Thick slices of ham, salami, provolone, and mozzarella cheese, and roasted red peppers rolled in flour tortillas and baked.  A sure favorite among kids!

          Fiesta Lasagna

               -Just like traditional lasagna, but Mexican style!  Layered lasagna noodles with refried beans, ground beef, green chilies, cheese, and Mexican seasonings.

          Sloppy Joe Meatball Subs

                -A modern twist on an old favorite!!!  Tender meatballs stewed in a sweet sauce and served on a hoagie bun.

         Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake

              -Just like eating buffalo wings at your favorite pub!  Tender pieces of chicken tossed with pasta, buffalo wig sauce, bleu cheese crumbles, onions, celery and topped with Swiss cheese and breadcrumbs.

         Cinnamon-Apple Slow Roasted Pork Loin

              -Slow roasted, sliced pork loin, is served with thinly sliced apples that have been simmered in sugar and cinnamon. Topped with candied pecans.

June 20th

         Smoked Shredded Beef Sandwiches

               -Slow smoked beef chuck, shredded and served as a sandwich with your favorite BBQ sauce or plain!

         Bacon-Swiss Burger Bake

               -A complete meal of ground beef, crispy bacon, penne pasta and tomatoes combined with a mayonnaise sauce and baked with Swiss cheese and panko breadcrumbs.

          Chicken Enchilada Bake

                -Your family is going to gobble up this cheesy, southwestern chicken bake, with layers of flour tortillas, cubed chicken, green enchilada sauce, and sour cream and Monterey Jack cheese.

          Twice Baked Potato Bake

                -Just like a loaded baked potato, casserole style!  Cubed baked potatoes are layered with shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon pieces and sour cream.  Baked and topped with more shredded cheddar.

          Southwestern Egg Rolls

                 -Not your average egg rolls!  Tender chicken, black beans, corn, cilantro, cheese and southwestern seasonings make up this family favorite!  Wrapped in an egg roll wrapper and deep or oven fried until golden and served with avocado ranch dipping sauce.
