Casual Cowboy CuisineCasual Cowboy Cuisine is a great solution when preparing dinner is out of the question. Planning dinner has never been easier! These complete meals are made fresh and ready to take and bake in the comforts of home. 

 

Casual Cowboy Cuisine is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week of every month. Orders must be submitted by 5:00 pm the preceding day, or if preferred, meals can also be ordered by the week and/or month.

 

Casual Cowboy Cuisine is available in two sizes:

Single Meal – feeds 2-3 people $20.00

Family Meal – feeds 4-6 people $40.00

 

Every dinner comes complete with entrée and sides and includes preparation instructions and bakeware! 

 

Will now deliver to local businesses or can be made available for pick-up at local businesses in Wheatland!

 

 

Scheduled delivery times:

West Elementary @4pm

Libbey Elementary @4:10

Wheatland Country Store parking lot @4:20

Platte County Courthouse (east parking lot behind building) @4:30

 

 

 

Casual Cowboy Cuisine will be ready for pick-up and/or delivery between 4:00 and 5:00 pm. 

Special arrangements must be made if these times are inconvenient and deliveries to individual residences are not available at this time.

Cancellation/Credit Policy

Casual Cowboy Cuisine meals can be cancelled up to one day before deliver date.  A credit will be applied for one month following cancellation date.  If, cancelled the day of delivery, a credit will not be issued. 

Changes to existing orders, can be made up to one day before delivery.  Changes made that day, cannot be guaranteed.

Hello Everyone!

Well, it is great to be back in full swing!  With the kids back in school, it is time to get back to my weekly Casual Cowboy Cuisine meals!  Attached is a new and updated menu for the month of October, ready for orders!  All delivery stops will remain the same as before and just as a reminder, the times are as follows......

In addition, after a lot of consideration I have decided to increase my prices because of food costs. I appreciate everyone's understanding on this decision.  The new prices are as follows......

       Smoked Pork Tenderloin w/Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

            -Slow smoked pork tenderloin, sliced and served with a cream sauce that combines sun-dried tomatoes, baby spinach, golden Carolina BBQ sauce and seasonings.

Sept. 26th

       Potato, Corn and Ham Chowder

          -A thick and cheesy cream soup made up of diced potatoes, corn, and chopped ham.

Oct. 1st

      Bacon-Swiss Burger Bake

          -A complete meal of ground beef, crispy bacon, penne pasta and tomatoes combined with a mayonnaise sauce and baked with Swiss cheese and panko breadcrumbs,

Oct. 2nd

      Chicken Tater Bake

          -This will please everyone in the family with this warm and comforting meal, consisting of tender chicken, vegetables, and cheese.  It tastes just like chicken potpie with a tater tot crust!

Oct. 3rd

       Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups

             -Thick slices of ham, salami, provolone, and mozzarella cheese, and roasted red peppers rolled in flour tortillas and baked.  A sure favorite among kids!

Oct. 8th

       Four Cheese Baked Ziti

           -A meatless and traditional dish of ziti pasta, Alfredo sauce, cottage cheese, sour cream and cheese tossed together and baked until golden.

Oct. 9th

       Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac and Cheese

           -This dish combines ingredients that everyone loves!  Tender chicken is combined with macaroni, Ranch Seasoning, Swiss and cheddar cheeses and then topped with crispy bacon and seasoned breadcrumbs.

       Jell-O Parfait Salad

Oct. 10th

       Reuben Casserole  

           -A delicious mixture of tender chipped corned beef, home-style egg noodles, sauerkraut, and a creamy sauce.  It is baked to perfection and topped with shredded Swiss cheese and breadcrumbs.

Oct. 15th

       Southwestern Egg Rolls

           -Not your average egg rolls!  Tender chicken, black beans, corn, cilantro, cheese, and southwestern seasonings make up this family favorite!  Wrapped in an egg roll wrapper and deep or oven fried until golden and served with avocado ranch dipping sauce.

       Cheesy Potato and Broccoli Soup

           -Potatoes and broccoli are simmered and stewed in a creamy cheese soup.

          -Tender pork chops simmered with a creamy onion sauce consisting of sliced onions, mushrooms, and seasonings.

       Twice Baked Potato Bake

           -Just like a loaded baked potato, casserole style!  Cubed baked potatoes are layered with shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon pieces and sour cream.  Baked and topped with more shredded cheddar.

       Fiesta Lasagna

           -Just like traditional lasagna, but Mexican style!  Layered lasagna noodles with refried beans, ground beef, green chilies, cheese, and Mexican seasonings.

      Smoked Shredded Beef Sandwiches

         -Slow smoked beef chuck, shredded and served as a sandwich with your favorite BBQ sauce or plain!

           -Tender chicken simmered with taco and chili seasonings.  Combined with green chilies and white beans, this delicious soup is sure to impress!

       Blend of the Bayou Casserole

            -This is a unique casserole for seafood lovers!  Cooked shrimp and crab meat, combined with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, celery, onions, and mushrooms.  It is mixed with cooked rice and topped with breadcrumbs.

      Sloppy Joe Meatball Subs

          -A modern twist on an old favorite!!!  Tender meatballs stewed in a sweet sauce and served on a hoagie bun.
