Casual Cowboy CuisineCasual Cowboy Cuisine is a great solution when preparing dinner is out of the question. Planning dinner has never been easier! These complete meals are made fresh and ready to take and bake in the comforts of home. 

 

Casual Cowboy Cuisine is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week of every month. Orders must be submitted by 5:00 pm the preceding day, or if preferred, meals can also be ordered by the week and/or month.

 

Casual Cowboy Cuisine is available in two sizes:

Single Meal – feeds 2-3 people $20.00

Family Meal – feeds 4-6 people $40.00

 

Every dinner comes complete with entrée and sides and includes preparation instructions and bakeware! 

 

Will now deliver to local businesses or can be made available for pick-up at local businesses in Wheatland!

 

 

Scheduled delivery times:

West Elementary @4pm

Libbey Elementary @4:10

Wheatland Country Store parking lot @4:20

Platte County Courthouse (east parking lot behind building) @4:30

 

 

 

Casual Cowboy Cuisine will be ready for pick-up and/or delivery between 4:00 and 5:00 pm. 

Special arrangements must be made if these times are inconvenient and deliveries to individual residences are not available at this time.

Cancellation/Credit Policy

Casual Cowboy Cuisine meals can be cancelled up to one day before deliver date.  A credit will be applied for one month following cancellation date.  If, cancelled the day of delivery, a credit will not be issued. 

Changes to existing orders, can be made up to one day before delivery.  Changes made that day, cannot be guaranteed.

             -These unique egg rolls are filled with corned beef, Swiss cheese, cabbage and sauerkraut!  Deep or air fried until crispy and golden and served with a thousand island dipping sauce!

      Rosemary Mushroom Chicken

          -A delicate hint of rosemary lightly seasons the rich creamy mushroom gravy in this savory chicken dish.  Chicken thighs and drumsticks are lightly breaded and seared.

      Taco Cornbread Bake

          -Cornbread layered with taco ground beef, sour cream, green chilies, shredded cheese, corn olives and tomatoes.  Topped with more cornbread, baked until golden and topped with cheddar cheese.

      Italian Enchiladas

          -This dish is sure to please, with a modern twist on traditional enchiladas!  Flour tortillas, wrapped with Italian cheeses, pepperoni, Italian sausage, olives, bell peppers and onions.  They are smothered in marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese.

          -Sliced sweet onions are sautéed and simmered with a creamy honey mustard sauce and served over tender pork chops.

      Ham and Cheese Potato Casserole

           -This layered dish is sure to be a favorite!  Cheesy potatoes made up of hash browns, sour cream, creamy chicken soup and cheese, are layered with ham and cheese.  It is baked with more cheese added to the top!

     Chicken and Bacon Pockets

          -Shredded chicken and cooked bacon are combined with a cheesy cream cheese sauce and more shredded cheese!  Baked in bread dough and served with a cheesy sauce right before serving!

       Ham and Tortellini Bake
