The Pie Tin Bakery and Catering was founded in 2004 by chef /owner Lanay Meyer. The Pie Tin offers a variety of catering options and numerous bakery specialties. There is no party too large or cake too small and will accommodate every event need. Lanay grew up in Byers, Colorado and attended Johnson and Wales University Denver after graduating from High School in 2000. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with an AAS Degree in Culinary Arts in 2002 and a BS in Foodservice Management in 2004. During Lanay's education, she worked at two major hotels, including The Omni Interlocken in Broomfield, Colorado. There, Lanay worked side-by-side educated chefs from across the country and increased her knowledge in the bakeshop and pastry department. Lanay and her family moved to the area summer of 2008 and are very excited to become part of the community. She is married to Greg and they have 4 children, Keegan, Maxx, Cooper, and Sophia.
